If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange unless the item is covered by a manufacturer warranty or applicable consumer protection law.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Software, digital products, activation codes, or download cards that have been opened or redeemed.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for a different model or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may request a return under this policy after receiving the item.
